  1. 1. A good communication is benefit for nurses knowing more about the situation of patient. For example, if a nurse couldn't communicate to the patients clearly, she will miss some symptoms of the patients. If these symptoms are not very important, that's okay. However, if these symptoms are significant to the way of treatment, the illness of patients will not be cured, even worse.

  4. in my opinion, it's very important for the nurse to clearly communicate with their patience. As we know, when we go to a hospital, we will very worry about our health. if we don't understand what the nurse says, we will get confused and even much worrier. If we know clearly about our health status, we will get a reasonable treatment.

  5. I think communication is always very important, but communication between a nurse and a patient is critical. It can cause the patient's life directly. In medicine, there is no way to make a mistake. Any kind of mistakes is related with patient's health and life. That's why, communication between them has to be clear. And also, a patient who has a pain might not behave appropriate sometimes because of his/her pain. So, a nurse has to know the situation and be understanding to the patient. Nurses' behaviours always affect patients' psycologies with positive or negative ways.

  6. In my opinion, it is extremely important for a nurse to communicate with the patient clearly because communicating clearly is the basic of safe and effective health services.
When the nurse communicate with the patient clearly, she can explain exactly and give the right information about medicines or treatments for the patient. Therefore, the patient can understand and follow the instructions of the doctor in order to have safe and effective care. Moreover, the nurse who communicate clearly are able to make the patient believe her, so the patient will feel comfortable when talking with her. As a result, the patient will give the nurse more information such as how they feel or what they want...Those information can be very useful for the treatment and help improve health services.

  7. In my opinion, nurses who have a good communication with patients are very important. Beyond they provide physical support and care, they also transfer information related to patients as well as patients’ family members. The role of nurses is to educate patients on disease management, special diet plans and medical conditions. Therefore, they have to communicate clearly to help patients and their families understand how to manage their diseases and provide information on home care after their treatment. On the contrary, patients cannot properly determine their situation, or they can do something that affect seriously to their health such as taking wrong medicine.

  8. A nurse is knowledgeable but lack of communication skills can make the patients uncomfortable.
For example in my country, most of nurses do their jobs well, but they rarely make a conversation to the patients, they just go to inject medicine based on their schedule for each patient and they’re gone, no talking, no advices. I don’t know why but that usually happens in hospitals nowadays and I feel kind of sick when I have treatment at hospitals and see those kind of faces, no emotion. As a patient, I have conclusion that communication skills are really important to train a nurse to be good, so that she can have a belief in her patients.
